Medical Teams International
Medical Teams International is a Christian, global health and humanitarian aid organization that mobilizes ordinary people to participate in God’s extraordinary healing work as they serve those in need. Since 1979, we have sent more than 2,100 volunteer teams and shipped more than $1.4 billion in lifesaving medicines and medical supplies to care for 25 million people in 100 countries.
We received $210 million in contributions and grants in our last reporting fiscal year. This allowed us to:
- Send more than $5,976 of humanitarian aid for every $30 donation.
- Help more than 2.1 million people.
- Mobilize more than 2,000 volunteers to help those in need.
- Provide dental care to 17,700 people in Oregon, Washington and Minnesota.
Our volunteers, staff and supporters form a closely-knit team that is deeply committed to facilitating lasting solutions for people suffering from disaster, conflict and poverty in 70 countries.
The One in a Million campaign focuses on helping to save and change the lives of 1 million women and children in 16 countries this year. Our partnerships and experience help us to effectively meet the needs of women and children experiencing poor health as a result of natural disaster, conflict and extreme poverty. We rely on donations and grants to help those we serve.

The REAL.LIFE.exhibit is a walk-through, multi-sensory exhibit that allows people to experience what REAL. LIFE. is like for children affected by disaster, conflict and poverty.
